This place is the worst. Don't go to it. Delivery order was supposed to come at 7:21pm. Came a bit later around 7:30. Still wasn't ready. Waited till 7:50 and asked where my food was. They said it was going to be 10 more minutes on top of all the waiting. Asked for a refund, that took about another 10 minutes of the manager coming in and out. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't put times on the receipt if you can't get it accurate within at least 10 minutes. Never ordering from this Swiss Chalet again. No compensation either or sorry. Don't go to this place. What a disaster. Update: Was phoned by customer service and told that they would give me a 30$ credit under my name which would have resolved the problem. Turned out I was lied to and when I phoned to place an order they said no such credit existed. Terrible experience!!!
