We do our best to keep our hours as consistent as possible, with only a few rare exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances. We understand this can be frustrating, but we always try to communicate any such changes in a timely manner. Last year we were exceptionally closed 3 times and closed later or earlier 5 times. This is due to illness, staff not showing up, work accident,... these are exceptional circumstances and not for our pleasure that we do this. Regarding your visit on October 31, the closure was announced in advance due to surrounding public holiday.
