First and last time at Sweet Coffee in Leuven. I enter at 4:50 PM, together with another couple. The couple is served and when it is my turn, the 'girl' behind the counter says they are closed. To which I answer that I came in right away with the other couple and that it is actually not yet 5 p.m. Girl's response, "I can only serve you a coffee." My answer is "no thank you" and I still look at her in the hope that she will serve me. To which she replies "You shouldn't look at me like that".... This says enough about this business and the staff. Long live the youth in the catering industry. Better to go home early than make a satisfied customer. Fie fie fie!!!! Service: 1
