If you couldn't, please allow me to tell you the truth. First of all, I deeply believe you are not our restaurant customer even once so far, you are the Doordash's dasher. The story is you came into the restaurant to pick up a 2 items order at around 12:30pm lunch time yesterday, When you came in you show your phone to our staff directly also without any mannerly words, I think that's alright for us, then the waiter told you the order isn't ready, You could wait at the other side, Because You were blocking the front counter. At the same moment we also having multiple orders and some dining in tables there. By the moment, every staffs are working at all the orders by sequence and we only had two waiter and waitress, one is serving the dining in customers and the other is packing the takeaway orders also answering the phoneline. After not enough a minute you ask the staff again is the order ready? The staff said not yet, because its a Ramen order, waiting time will longer. Then after you saw another dasher came in to pick up the order, the staff saw the order is already so starting pack up for the dasher, then you are so impatient to ask why you only have 2 items and come in first but you didn't get the order first, you've been waiting about 20 minutes, then the staff kindly told you if order ready kitchen will ring the bell, the iPad show us you've been waiting only 3 MINUTES!!! He told you if you are rushing, you could cancel this order to get another order instead. We have no reason to see that the order is ready and not pack it for the customer. This two waiter and waitress have been in the service industry for ten years! They DEEPLY know how customer service important is!!! So they have enough customer service experience. I hope you also understand the difficulties of small businesses, as we strongly disagree with your approach.
