Making an order is not for the faint of heart. Payment upon delivery is only in cash, they force you to fill out some kind of front door, the address is not remembered in the application, the price even for self-pickup is 100 rubles more than on the price tag, they don’t bring a free gift (like this branch doesn’t have that, but no other one is offered either). Since quality control never responded, and it seems my review was deleted to maintain good reputation, I will write here. I have always ordered from this network in different cities because of reliability, but now I am disappointed. I haven’t eaten rolls for three years, I decided to please myself, and then they finally started making tempura in the drying oven. To celebrate, I took it and ordered Philadelphia and tempura with shrimp. Philadelphia didn’t impress me like before, you couldn’t taste the cheese, and the fish didn’t seem very fresh, but it didn’t go anywhere, it seemed edible. And here is the most awaited tempura... Do you guys really think tempura looks like this????? Something shabby... As if it had been rolled in leftovers and heated for a minute in the microwave. Not what I expected. Absolutely not worth the money spent. I won't order here again.
