Usually a loyal customer, I remain very surprised by my customer experience today which will indeed be the last at sushi and wok. The restaurant owner refused to serve me and take my payment method. I wanted to pay with my restaurant vouchers dated 2020, I am completely within my rights because with the epidemic the state has postponed the end of validity of a restaurant voucher to August 2021 in order to supporting French restaurateurs. So I explained, with official proof, that it was illegal to refuse to serve me and that the tickets were indeed valid. However, the restaurateur, in the absence of his boss, allowed himself to persist in his refusal to process my request. He refused to read the evidence or listen to any explanation. This has never happened to me before, I remain shocked by the disastrous customer treatment that is established in the absence of the manager.
