We wanted to eat rolls (we haven’t eaten for a long time). We arrived at the bank at 70 Pobeda Street. We were greeted by the cashier administrator with an extremely unfriendly face. You could just see from her how fed up she was with everything, how she hated everyone. Not even a hint of basic politeness or friendliness. Not even a hint of a half-smile. The order was accepted, and after 20 minutes we will send you to pick up the order again. She wished us a good evening with the most unfortunate fork on earth and quickly turned to the wall. Woman, if you are so fed up with everything, why do you work where you quietly hate your job and the guests of the establishment?!?! At home, having placed the order, we were extremely surprised at how small the rolls were. Yes, fresh and tasty. But it’s just a tiny portion. A set of 32 pieces fit into a 15*15 box. In the Philadelphia rolls, the fish itself is like a pea. Eh, I was very disappointed. Also, from the free set of wasabi/sauce/ginger, only 2 servings were offered, no matter what size set you order. Everything else is paid. I do not recommend visiting this establishment. It looks like we won't have the desire to eat rolls again anytime soon. I’ve been ordering from this company for 2 days in a row; before that I’ve placed orders and come in to eat more than once. Today we waited an hour for the order, and the courier was 10 minutes late, he called and said that the intercom was not working, apparently he didn’t want to get up, this is not the first time. We stood on the doorstep for another 10 minutes, he didn’t want to give the order until I signed the check that I was such and such, I gave 5000 and signature. Although the company order contains my details and my number. I wrote that I needed change from 5000 rubles. While I was calling the call center, he was also dialing someone. The call center told me that they used to have this, but now it’s been gone for a long time. Some guy from the mountain told him that if he is not sure about the bill, he should just cancel the order and move on!! It turns out that I waited in vain for my order, listened to the rudeness of the courier and also received a refusal of my order, for which I was ready to pay money, due to the fact that I do not want to leave my data to an unknown uncle!!!
