Light and airy! Thoban Chefs is a refreshing West Coast Surprise. It really is wonderful when the menu outline is uncluttered and logical... and what a pleasure when an informed and attentive waitress "gets you" and guides you through all the delightful Asian options, not least the owner's authentic touch to some of the more classic dishes. I so appreciated the 3-way concept where taster portions are served... just the kind of thing an indecisive personality needs!!! The food lived up to the expectation created by our family, who frequently enjoy what this lovely establishment has to offer. What more can I say... on a lazy Sunday afternoon, quality and flavourful food met the ocean view with a soft seabreeze to cool us down. What a beautiful combination. First of all the 1 star is definitely not for the staff who worked last night (16/07/2021) they get 5 STARS, food was good.

This one is for the Chef/Owner. You do not have any respect for your staff, shouting and cursing at them in front of clients.

It was embarrassing for Me, My Husband and the waitress. Hats of to the waitress that can still put a smile on your face in between all the humiliation.

Without them sir you will also not have a business to run and on top of that in this difficult time I could not find any good news on how you helped all your staff, like all the other restaurants in town.
