great place, staff are very attentive and friendly. quality is 10/10 we’ve tried other places and none of them have better salmon sashimi within the same price for AYCE. Hama is definitely our go-to and has been for years! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was my second time at this resturant. The first time i was with my service dog and husband and the service was not great. There were only 2 tables of guests, us and another table, the waiter was just sitting on his phone the whole time. We had to get up from the table to ask for water refills, napkins, ginger/wasabi, and the bill. I attempted to go back there again with my husband and service dog. I was greeted by the same staff but this time i was told i wasnt allowed to eat in the same area as previously, despite there only being 1 customer there other than us. They said i could sit in the back room and warned me that its hot back there. I wanted to sit where everyone else sits and was refused. I tried explaining the service animal thing but they didnt seem to care. On my way out i noticed they have a cage of pigeons attached to the building.. I ended up going to sushi date. Sushi date is much larger and better maintained version of sushi hama. The waitress there was polite and on-the-ball. She topped up our waters without us having to ask, she cleared the empty plates quickly to keep the table comfortable, she provided us enough napkins and was plesant and friendly to interact with. The bill for all you can eat dinner for 2 adults with tip (no drinks) was around 100 at sushi hama, and it was 80 at sushi date, I'm definitely never going back to Sushi hama again. Hello our valued customer: Firstly thank you for supporting our business before. Secondly I will check the video who served you first time. Normally the customer with dog should show us the licence first and for the safety reason the dog should have a leash. Your dog is a small one without a leash. The waiter asked you to sit in the party room. We will leave all the room for you. You gave us one star because you wanted to sit in the open area or upstair (the upstair is close when you came in). You came here with your pet without shown us the licence and without a leash. We tried to give you a private room but you refused and later gave us a bad review.Thirdly you came here during the weekday, the dinner price is $36.99, for two people tax included is $83.60 and also pop included. If you like join in our reward program, when you get 10 points you can get 1 free dinner. How come the price is $100 for two without drink? It looks like you know nothing. Congradulation you find a good place for you. Hoping we wont see you again. Thank you
