We called and explained what was missing, to which the girl began to say in a raised voice that the appearance of the product may differ from what was stated on the website. some kind of nonsense, to be honest, in the photo on the website they have a yellow hat and a pink one, but they brought us only with a pink hat, replacing the yellow ones and putting in more pink ones. By the way, inside those same rolls with a pink cap there was sausage with cheese instead of filling, and I’m not kidding, they actually wrapped the sausage with cheese in rice and nori... the second time they promised to deliver the rolls in an hour, then they didn’t answer the calls when I finally I got through and the operator said in a very irritated voice that they would deliver it in an hour. In the end, they brought it in an hour and a half. In total, we waited 2.5 hours for the rolls. They arrived all mixed up with each other, much smaller than in the photo on the website, the fish was not very tasty, the rice was very undercooked. absolutely all the rolls were too salty. I feel sorry for the money, and I will never buy anything from them again (and I don’t advise you) Food: 2 Service: 2

I called at 18:45 to clarify whether the order would be by 19 or not, this was important because... at 19:05 I had to leave. At the other end of the line they replied that they would deliver it within 20 minutes. Well, ok, I manage to catch a courier on the street, take the rolls and leave. And do you think the order has arrived? Well, of course not. I call again, on the other end of the line - I’ll check with the courier when it will be available and call back. Guys, are you serious? If you had immediately said that the wait was more than 2 hours, I would not have ordered from you, but would have left early and picked up the rolls along the way. Do you think they called back?)) Well, of course not). I call them again, I say that I’m canceling the order, I’m no longer there, that’s why I asked no later than 19 o’clock, and if you don’t meet this time, let me know. I didn’t hear any apologies, or calls after the phrase “I’ll call you back,” or warnings that the order would take 2 and a half hours. And I heard, moreover, that they began to argue with me: “I said not by 19, but about 19 o’clock,” this is in response to my phrase that you announced the maximum delivery time by 19 o’clock, they spoke in an unacceptable tone. That's not how you talk to money, guys. I didn't have a chance to try it because... My order was not delivered to me by the specified time two hours later. But if this is the attitude towards customers here, then what kind of rolls are there? Personally, I will now avoid any "Tuna". There are others where delivery takes no more than an hour, where the customer is not treated so disrespectfully, and the rolls are delicious. The devil pulled me to order rolls here. Service: 1
