I’ve tried shawarma from a lot of places, but this one honestly surprised me. Nadima made my order, she was so friendly and polite, and she has such a warm, kind personality that makes you feel welcome right away. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing. She made my wrap with so much attention — it was fresh, juicy, and full of flavour. The poutine was also super tasty and prepared perfectly. Nadima really puts her heart into her work, and it made the whole experience feel special. I will definitely return—her service made me want to become a regular here. Thank you, Nadima. I want to start this review by saying this is my favorite shawarma place in all of kw. Good prices, really good portions, good owner, great overall. If it wasn't for 1 thing I would give it 5 stars.

Twice now I have gone around 9pm and they were closed, their listed hours say open until 10. The first time I wrote it off as a one time thing, emergency, whatever. But I just drove by and saw them standing there in the dark doing nothing. I arrived at 9:20pm. 40 minutes before closing, plenty of time to have food prepared and still be able to close.

I am having a hard time writing this review because I consider myself a regular customer, I go there once a week, but two weeks now this has happened and it completely throws me off my night.

I am not sure I will be a regular customer anymore.
