Been coming here for several years and staff is always very friendly and welcoming, they go above and beyond for us whenever we come in. Food is fresh, prompt and delicious. Food and Service at this location are a full 5 stars. However if I had one criticism of this location it is that invariably if you sit on the side closer to the bathrooms there is an unbearable stench of mopping mildew and/or cleaning products. Yet we love this place and continue to go but we will only sit as near to windows as possible to avoid the smell. We visited on a Sunday lunchtime as a group of 4 (two adults, two kids). Promptly seated and assigned a server, and after a little deliberation we ordered our brunch. The food seemed to take a very long time to arrive (2 adult meals + 1 kids) - and tables around us who ordered after us seemed to get their food. Similar party sizes, so not sure what happened, but not the pace I would expect. A small detail, but the coffee was served in a really small mug but with a very long spoon - which I knocked and spilled. So I asked for a bigger mug for my coffee. The server seemed to disappear, or be managing a different section the other side of the restaurant. Any time I needed help, I had to flag-down a different server. Even when we wanted a to-go box and the pay the bill, it took maybe 10 minutes, and having to ask twice. The food was good, my kids loved it. But it seemed very disorganized, and I would worry that if I was to return on a busier day, the service pace might be slower. When dining with kids and wanting to leave fairly promptly when we're done, having a server available and around is a must for me.
