We've been going to The Sultan's Tent, at three different locations, for over 20 years now. It's not like any other restaurant in Calgary, and the Moroccan food is also unique, distinct from other middle-eastern cuisines. Everything - the decode, the service, and especially the food, is done with such attention to detail, and you can see the long experience in everything. The Moroccan mint tea with orange flower water is a great example -- it is always perfect. Not to be missed. Vegetarian options: All the tagine basis are available as veggie options. Pescatarians can expand their options with shrimp pastries and tagines. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is one one level.
