I want to share my terrible experience at the Sulbing Korean Dessert Cafe today. My friend & I decided to try their mango cheese Bingsu, excited for the experience with my friend. However, after waiting for about 15 minutes, the waiter brought us a bowl of disappointment. To our dismay, the mangoes they served us were rotten. The rotten mangoes were discolored and placed at the bottom of the bowl, while the freshest part was placed on top and covered with syrup to conceal it. As soon as we took the first bite, we felt the urge to vomit due to the terrible taste of the rotten mango. I immediately approached the staff to inform them of the issue, but instead of receiving an apology, they explained that their imported mangoes couldn't possibly be rotten. The two staff members wore expressions as if it were bad luck to encounter a dissatisfied customer, yet they did not take responsibility for the mistake. When I told one of the staff members to try the mango herself, as it was truly rotten, she was left speechless. In short, I have tried mango desserts in various places, but this has been the most horrible experience by far. I strongly discourage anyone from trying the food at this establishment due to the poor food quality and unsatisfactory service from the staff.
