On vous recommande fortement de visiter Ghent Town Hall (Stadhuis) et Sugar & Spice. Tous les clients adorent la merveilleuse cuisines argentine et cuisine italienne de ce bar. Vous allez vraiment apprécier des salades délectables. Dans Sugar & Spice, les visiteurs peuvent commander des gaufres bonnes. Démarrez votre repas avec un thé délicieux.

Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de ce lieu car il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. Disgusting experience. I ordered an espresso and was served a big mug of traditional coffee (probably filtered). The chief waitress was totally disrespectful when I returned the coffee, and of course she did not object when I offered to pay anyway (which I did because after all I do not want to be the bad one). Plus, when we asked for the bill they tried to pull a trick on us by stating the total price without giving us a receipt. After paying it, we asked for the receipt and found out that they were charging 2 euros more for something we did not have. They pretended they made a mistake, but after reading other reviews we can bet that this is a common practice in this place. I would not advise going to this place. When the young lady came to ask you what you wanted to drink, you said an espresso, she asked you large or small and you said a normal one. You did receive your receipt + the refund of your whipped cream that you did not receive and that is not 2 euros but 0.50 cents!!!!! PS: And we don't sell filter coffee.More

Together with my family and in-laws we went to the Christmas market in Ghent. It was very busy, but we wanted to enjoy it one last time with our daughter, who is less than 3 years old. My girlfriend is heavily pregnant and could give birth at any moment. During our visit she suddenly had to go to the toilet very urgently (which makes sense, considering the baby is pressing on the bladder). She kindly asked in the Sugar & Spice brasserie if she could use the toilet and indicated that she was willing to pay for this. The boss (or an employee who managed the staff in the room) responded in a rude and cold manner: "If you don't eat anything here, you are not allowed to go to the toilet," after which she pointed to the door. My girlfriend was very affected by this reaction. I then calmly explained that it is a matter of decency and civic duty to grant a heavily pregnant woman in need access to a toilet. However, her response was again arrogant and curt: "You should eat something here." I understand that it is normal to have a policy against unwanted use of toilets, but this involved a heavily pregnant woman in urgent need. I find it unacceptable that no form of empathy or humanity was shown. While our entire family was waiting on Sint-Baafsplein, this experience stayed with us. I advise everyone against going to Sugar & Spice, given the disrespectful and customer-unfriendly behavior of this employee. This is not how you treat people! Service: 1

We are not a public toilet, there are plenty under the city hall! We only have 2 ourselves and they are for our customers.

My 3-year-old son urgently needed to go to the toilet, but this was refused because we did not consume anything. Even though we wanted to pay, we were shown the door. I really don't understand why a child is rejected. Even the clientele couldn't understand this... very sad there!! Service: 1

We are not a public toilet, there are plenty under the city hall! We only have 2 ourselves and they are for our customers!
