Before coming to this store, I had only tried Subway once before, and it wasn't at this location. My initial experience left me with the impression that Subway employees generally don't care much about their customers. They seemed disengaged and sometimes even rude. For instance, when I asked an employee for advice, they responded in a way that made me feel unwelcome and disliked. This was very off-putting. However, my visit to this particular store completely changed that perception. The employees here were engaging and friendly. When I asked for advice, they provided excellent suggestions and engaged me in an interesting conversation. This positive experience has given me hope that Subway can cultivate a more welcoming and customer-friendly environment across all their stores, similar to what I experienced here.
