I recently visited the Subway in Vermilion and purchased a chicken teriyaki sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The employee's attitude was uninviting, and the service was disappointing. Not only did he fail to place my sandwich in a bag, but he also didn't provide any napkins, which are typically standard with any order in other Subway branches. While the food itself was fine, the lack of attention to basic customer service made the experience less enjoyable. I hope the staff improves their service in the future. Thank you for the compliments for the food. For the paper napkins and paper bags, from last couple of years there is not a standards in retail to provide the paper bags. Also, most of the retails store started to charges for the paper bags to keep the safe environments and reduce the paper waste. We also have a big paper napkin dispenser in front of the cash register. It is self serve. After COVID some standards are changed. ThanksMore
