It was a very long day for me doing my 12 hour shift on a Saturday afternoon.. it was around 4 pm and since I didn’t have my lunch I decided to try their 2 build your own foot long subs.. I ordered it through their app and picked it up. Came back, had my first bite and to my surprise I was blown away. Not because it was good but because there was NO CHICKEN in my sub (I ordered their footlong rotisserie style chicken), I am not even kidding there was not even 10 grams of chicken in it, instead was filled with lettuce, spinach and other stuff which I added. If this is how you treat your customers idk what to say. I was excited to try the offer but never I repeat NEVER would I try that offer or this place ever. If you can’t actually deliver what you promise better not to keep such offers, if that’s costing you too much don’t put that offer. Idk if that was a costing issue or something else, but sorry to say I am very disappointed. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Went for dine in around 5 pm, as we sat down, we found two cockroaches. We killed the one spoke to the worker she said to" throw it on the ground, will sweep it up later" we were told the manager was called but they never showed up and was not offered a refund, gift card or anything to compensate. The address on the receipt (24 Richmond E) and the address on the inspection (20 Richmond E) does not match.
