I visited this place and I was relived it was so clean. Good work Subway Harbour Landing. The place smelled clean and I saw it was spotless and disinfected. Two staff we busy cleaning the areas that appeared already clean. I will be back.
I don’t normally write reviews but my experience just bothered me. Went to subway last night, waited and waited, no one came. Looked in the back could see an employee putting bread in the freezer while talking on a phone. Finally got her attention. She looked up, looked a me and put down the phone and continued to put bread in the freezer. Waited another minute or two for her to look up again and decide to come help me. As I was paying she just walked away and started helping someone with the coffee machine before even confirming the payment was received. I tried to say thank you before leaving but the employee didn’t even look at me. Probably wouldn’t have been so annoyed if I was helped the first time. It really seemed like she didn’t want to bother helping customers, I don’t recommend.
Came with my kiddos! Waited a good while before anyone noticed we were standing waiting to order. Asked for a 6 inch turkey sub. At first she attempted to make it with a broken bun I asked for a new bun and she was not happy about that. Made the sandwich and paid without any conversation exchanged. It was awkward. My kids were eating it and both complained the cucumbers were rotten. I checked it out, they were. I showed the worker and her response.. “it’s not they are just frozen” Yuck will not go back. Subway needs quality control within their franchise businesses!
