Incredible Service—Flies, Attitude, and Extra Contamination! Dear Subway Management, I just had the most unforgettable experience at your store on March 29, 2025, around 1:10 PM. And by unforgettable, I mean absolutely ridiculous. It all started when I noticed a special little surprise in my sandwich a fly. Because, of course, nothing says “fresh ingredients” like a bug casually lounging on my food. I pointed it out, thinking, Surely, they’ll be horrified and fix this immediately. Instead, one of the employees wearing bracelets that were dragging through the toppings, mind you just asked if I wanted a new one. I said yes, expecting a proper replacement. Silly me! What I got instead was a sandwich with the most minimal toppings possible, like it was some kind of punishment for daring to expect edible food. Then came the cherry on top I asked to toast it, and she said, “Oh, the oven needs to be cleaned.” Okay, fair enough. But then, instead of offering a solution, she actually pointed at my old, fly-infested sandwich and asked if I wanted to just use that one instead. Because apparently, a dead insect in my meal isn’t a problem just a little extra protein, right? And as if that weren’t enough, after I (understandably) refused the sandwich altogether, these two girls are arab employees both wearing jangling bracelets decided to talk about me behind my back, like I wasn’t even there. Classy. So, my question is: Does Subway have actual hygiene and customer service standards, or is it just a free-for-all back there? Because between the bugs, the attitude, and the blatant disregard for food safety, this was a disaster from start to finish. Can’t wait to hear how you plan to address this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nou ja zeg. Als ik zelf op het moment van uw bezoek niet aanwezig was zou ik het misschien geloven. Er is bij het bereiden een vlieg op uw sandwich geland. U heeft dit direct aangegeven en de reactie van mijn medewerker was dat ze een nieuwe sandwich voor u zou bereiden. Dit heeft ze op een nette manier voorgesteld en u heeft dit geaccepteerd. Er was kaas in de toaster terechtgekomen en deze moest schoongemaakt worden. Dat is gebeurd waarna u een nieuw sandwich heeft ontvangen. Deze heeft u opgegeten en bent vertrokken. Waarom heeft u niet op het moment zelf geklaagd als het zo hoog zat?
