Hello ma, We apologize that the pickup you ordered for 7:15 p.m. did not take place until …Hello ma, We apologize that the pickup you ordered for 7:15 p.m. did not take place until 7:19 p.m. We've had several pickups and a few customers in the restaurant before, so it's sometimes difficult to time this down to the minute.
