Unbelievable bad behaviour from the cashier named "Shivani" as well as manager "Meeta". They were literally shouting at us. Please I would request whoever maintains this google review please take some action. Customers never deserve such behavior. The manager herself was also very disrespectful to us. This is not a fake review and I kept the receipt as proof. Just responding your reply in here: First understand that it was not at all about only refill. The way she told us not taking the refill was the issue. Check out your other review. I am not the only one who is annoyed by your employees behaviour. A popular chain like subway should teach some etiquette to there employees. None of us even question about refill anymore but they way she denied the refill was undoubtedly disrespectful and rude. Please teach some manners to your employees. Its a must need thing for you guys. Do consider others review as well. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I talked to my employee and manager both and they also keep your receipt for reference. You brought 1 churo,1 footlong and 1 medium drink in between 4 member and after 2 free refill when my employee ask for charges for third refill you …I talked to my employee and manager both and they also keep your receipt for reference. This is the reason all other restaurant owner in food court move their beverage dispenser inside the store. You don't need to put this type of wrong review to get more then 2 time free refill.More
