We were really looking forward to enjoying a fresh, tasty Subway after a long day, but unfortunately, the experience here didn’t meet expectations. Upon arriving, our online order wasn’t showing in their system, despite us having all the order details and proof of payment. When we showed this to DILPREET, she mentioned to her coworker that the POS had been down earlier but still insisted we contact customer service for a "quick resolution." Dilpreet's approach felt dismissive and unhelpful, and while we understand technology issues can happen, a little empathy or effort to find a solution on her part would have gone a long way. To top it off, despite asking twice, our sandwiches weren’t toasted as requested. Not exactly the warm and satisfying experience we were hoping for—literally or figuratively. On the bright side, Pratibha was pleasant and seemed to have a better grasp of customer service and what’s good for the store. A pity that this wasn’t enough to salvage the overall experience. Sadly, we’ll be taking our cravings for a fresh Subway elsewhere next time.
