We had the chance to stop for lunch on the terrace of this typically Sicilian restaurant. The service is impeccable and the food served was excellent, homemade pasta and tiramisu. Go to Piazza Armerina for the beauty of the mosaic heritage and then take a tour of the centre. Go and eat at Bistrot Stranizzadamuri. It was a real surprise. The base is vegetarian with garden and wild vegetables. Absolutely, also for innovation, the best parmigiana eaten. Great beers. As for the wines, I don't know. Absolutely worth going.
