I live 4500km away from this food truck in an area (Vancouver) where food trucks are abundant and the selections are top notch in creativity and quality. Strake Sandwich Co. could easily compete with a west coast food truck. If you’re a foodie, you know that’s a big claim, and they back this claim up with their fun menu, their experience, and overall attention to flavour profiles. I 100% will come back and stuff my fat face with tater tots and Chef Brandon’s hot meat. His sauce is so good.
