I am not someone who quickly leaves a negative review, because I know what it is like to work in the catering industry. However, Stoet Hengelo was extremely bad. It took 5 minutes for someone to come to take our order, after we already wanted to order at the bar. Ordered 2 cappuccinos and 2 sandwiches. After waiting 20 minutes we still didn't have a cappuccino or sandwich. Asked at the bar if this would take long, but they were working on it. Then the cappuccino arrived, but it was more of a burnt latte, because there was no foam on it. Shortly afterwards we also received the sandwich that had been ready for 5 minutes at the distribution point, luckily it was tasty. Long story short, untrained staff with many possibilities in terms of competencies, unfortunately these are not used.
