Stick that Meat

Dear Morad, you asked from our employees to try the fries before ordering. We found it strange but we proceed with your request and then ideed you liked them and placed an order. You told us that in your restaurant the chicken fillet is ready in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, or fortunately for us, we only use fresh meat and our chicken fillet takes 12-15'. All our menu is based on fresh products and daily delivered meat and vegetables from our selected belgian, local suppliers. The French fries, as we already explained to you in our restaurant are fresh and are cooked twice in high quality oil to be crispy and well cooked inside. It is very offensive and rude to challenge our employees and assault them in place and continue by writing such a bad comment. We do understand that you are a competitor, but above all we are humans and we respect out team and their effort do that is why we write this response. Therefore, please mind your own business and respect our employees. We love food, we love serving and above all we respect humans. Please go somewhere else next time and avoid our restaurant, we will not accept bulling and disrespect. Have a lovely week and all the best to yoir life and business.

In particular for the stick, there is a specific procedure that is followed with predefined cooking times, so it is also a question for us how this could occur.
