Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location of our hotel, but we are truly sorry that our food did not meet your expectations. We apologize if the homemade Aglio Olio and pizza were not to your satisfaction, and we will certainly address this with our kitchen team to ensure improvements are made. Regarding the service, we are disappointed to hear that you felt it was not as warm as expected. We strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, and we will work with our staff to ensure that this is reflected in their service.
