It's unfortunate to hear that there was only half a schnitzel on the bun, and of course that's not acceptable. We deeply apologize for this misunderstanding and inconvenience. According to the receipt plan, there should of course be a whole schnitzel on it. We will ensure that our employees are retrained to ensure such errors are avoided in the future.
