Our discovery this time in Seis. Authentic Tyrolean cuisine at its best! The dumplings are particularly noteworthy, whether as bacon dumplings with goulash or as spinach dumplings with Gorgonzola sauce. Added to this is the proverbial South Tyrolean hospitality.
