Distinguishing characteristics of Cabernet are the smell of black currants (cassis), which is partly accompanied by a smell of cedar wood, and the deep dark color of the wines. In addition, the wines always have a concentrated fruit flavor. This Cabernet is aged in barrique barrels and unfiltered. It impresses with its intense scent of cassis and blackberries. Due to its dense and soft tannin structure, it has a round and digestible finish. It was kept in barriques for 23 months and is unfiltered.
