Very very disappointing. I placed an online order before 12h00 pm it didnt go through, i then called and place it over the phone, we completed that order including delivery. I had to wait for 2hours until i decided to do follow up to check what is delaying my order only to find kutsi even the 2nd order didnt go through and the lady didnt even bother to call me back to let me know that there has been an error. After that they be busy apologizing asking me to replace it again, am so angry coz it happened today, as i am writting here am hungry but because am hungry nd want their food especially the ribs i placed the order again and they should thank ANDILE MAGAGULA their delivery guy for calming me down and offering to bring the food as soon as its done. Plus its my money ngaan am not getting the food with credit Service: Delivery Service: 1

Bad experience shem, the attitude on them when I was asking something regarding their burgers....was so bad I just wasted my money.
