Subject: Exceptional Service on Mother's Day I frequently order takeout from State & Main, but on Sunday—Mother’s Day—I had the pleasure of dining in with my daughter (also a mom) and my granddaughter. We were served by Sydney, who was sociable, polite, respectful, and incredibly friendly. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our visit. Sydney was also very knowledgeable about DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and was extremely accommodating to my dietary restrictions. Her attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious—we both couldn’t stop raving about it! Because of this amazing experience, State & Main is now our go-to spot for dining out with friends and family. Thank you so much, Sydney, for making our day special!
