Will not be baack. Had to remind server after one meal not delivered to table. Meal came, order had wrong side. Fish Tacos were bland bland bland. Wife's Mac and cheese was bland with way overcooked pasta. Floor was sticky. Trip to the washroom, no paper towel to dry hands. Server was friendly and somewhat attentive, felt bad he was having to work in that environment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Went to State and Main for dinner on a Friday night. This was to celebrate the night Before my wife's aunt's wedding the next day. We were from out of town, and no one had eaten there before, so we thought the six of us would go in and try out some main dishes. My wife ordered the chicken ceasar plate, 2 of our friends and myself had one of the spicy Thai plates, my lord, the Thai plates were fantastic tasting. I thought mine was a little too much spice, but that's me. I usually don't buy anything hotter than ketchup, lol. The other two people had the fish and chips and just loved it, ( the fish was battered perfectly and the fries have there own taste then the usual run of the mill fries, full of starch). The prices were definitely on point as well. They would definitely go there again. So there you have it, folks. 6 adults loved the food served at State and Main. The service from the waitress was nothing short of perfect , the portions were bang on, à prices, which was what was expected. We all give this experience a 9 out of ten, and we will be going back to that restaurant when we are back in Orillia. We love going to State & Main in Orillia for a special night out or when we want to treat ourselves! Emily our server was amazing! So lovely and attentive, she made our evening really enjoyable. I had pistachio crusted salmon and my husband had a steak. Just fantastic. I also had a tasty frozen pink lemonade! Highly recommend.
