La cuisine végétarienne est bien préparée à ce café. La plupart des invités de Starlings soulignent qu'un brioche pain grillé délicieux est offert ici. C'est vraiment une excellente idée d'essayer un gâteau à l'orange fascinant. Un vin délicieux vous attend dans ce lieu. Sur la base des opinions des critiques, les serveurs proposent un café glacé immense ici.

La bonne note de cet endroit serait impossible sans un personnel amical. Un service digne est ce que les visiteurs apprécient ici. Ce café propose des repas à un prix adéquat. Un décor spectaculaire et une atmosphère sympa permettent aux clients de se détendre. Google lui donne un score de 4.5, vous pouvez donc choisir Starlings pour y passer du bon temps.

It is with huge disappointment I am rating this establishment 1 star after recommending it for many years. This past Saturday 19 October 2024, I took my Johannesburg guests who had entered The Cape Town Marathon for a beautiful, local Cape Town experience at Starlings. We ordered carrot cake which was very dry and had visible rope spoilage (caused by several strains of spore-forming Bacilli). When we notified the waiter, he mentioned it is usually a dry cake and that the rope spoilage was just webs from the cake mixture as that cake was baked fresh that morning. Another person of management later mentioned it was baked the day before. Even after showing the waiter the rope spoilage and telling him, with baking knowledge it was Bacilli, he asked whether we would like it in a take-away box to which we objected. On payment, the carrot cake was still charged to us on presentation of the bill and we had to ask for it to be removed. Shocking service and persistence received from the staff and establishment. Unfortunately we did not take pictures. Thank goodness the runners did not eat it and could still enter the marathon they had trained so hard for this past year. Starlings is definitely not to be recommended. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Just had tea and hot chocolate with a friend. Relaxed atmosphere and lovely little outdoor tea garden. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: R 1–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

As always,irrespective of time of day the food is always of consistent excellent quality and I've never ever been told that a dish on the menu is unavailable as a result of lack of ingredient/s...not many if any other similar establishments can lay claim to what Starlings delivers day in and day out,winter spring summer and autumn...rain or sun. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: R 200–250 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Salmon Eggs Benedict with Bacon, Seasonal Chopped Salad, French Toast and Bacon, Pesto Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
