Après avoir visité Town Tower (Stadtturm), jetez un oeil au menu de Starbucks. Un latté au potiron immense accompagne bien un bon repas. Les clients n'aiment pas prendre des biscuits à ce lieu.
Un personnel compétent attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Cet endroit offre un service décontracté à ses invités. Une atmosphère silencieuse a été remarquée par les clients. Mais les utilisateurs de Google n'ont pas donné une note élevée à Starbucks.

Extremely bad service, got the wrong order 5 times, waited a total of 25 minutes and finally got our drinks from an employee with an annoyed face... NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Price per person: €100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been to Starbucks stores in many countries, but this is the first time I've encountered such unfriendly and bad staff. A male cashier with a beard took my order. I ordered ice chocolate, but it came out hot chocolate, so the person who told me to order ice chocolate again was a rather large woman, but I felt bad. They pushed my drink away in a bad way. They didn't even say sorry, and the women's bathroom was broken so I couldn't use it. It was dirty and not well-maintained. Shouldn't they have apologized to me first? The attitude was so unfriendly. I tried to file a complaint, but there was someone behind me, so I held back. I'm trying to find the headquarters and send a complaint email, but I'm having a hard time holding back.
