From December 29th, 2024 at 12:30 p.m.: Unfortunately, Starbucks isn't even worth one star. We came in, placed our order and then I went to the toilet. Then the blow hit me. Everything was super dirty, the whole floor, one toilet was full of poop, the door to the other didn't even close. Everything was super dirty there. For the price of two drinks, you can expect a clean toilet! It looked like no one had ever cleaned down there! Really a disgrace! But that wasn't all! I reported this to my friend who was waiting at the checkout. The unfriendly lady at reception immediately said she could tell me directly if she wanted something, but in what a tone! I can probably decide for myself who I talk to! Plus, she had just prepared something and I didn't want to interrupt! You should train your employees how to deal with customers in a nice and polite manner! Plus, this lady knew about the door not closing, so why doesn't anything happen? Seems like it's been a problem for a while! And not to mention the cleanliness! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
