It's just Starbucks and I've been going here quite often since the 8th grade. Only now the quality of the coffee is decreasing and depending on your motivation or “luck” which barista you end up with, it tastes different. I still really like Starbucks and hope that the prices don't skyrocket. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Subterranean customer service (I couldn't remember if I had ordered decaf and asked politely, but was then presented as if I was trying to sneak a new coffee), muffin so dry that you doubt how fresh it is. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
