Nobody speaks English, not even a little. When we arrived we thought we were ordering from the menu but apparently the staff were having a family lunch and they had run out of everything! Close the restaurant if you have nothing to offer! Instead they offered us a "Gastronomy", which we imagined to be a round of tastings. We trusted, and we did badly. They brought us THREE PLATES OF LEFTOVERS FROM THEIR FAMILY TABLE. One meat, some burek, and a stuffed pepper with some chips. I asked him how much this "deli" would cost and he said NO PROBLEM! But no damn problem! We couldn't even choose what to eat and he had the nerve to ask us for 30 EUROS! I had to say that I didn't have enough cash, and when I showed him 2400 lek he practically snatched it out of my hand and said "IT'S GOOD MY FRIEND", giving me a high five as if he was doing me a favor. But not even 1400 would have been a fair price for what we ate and above all for the service (no menu, and we drank water from bottles because they didn't give us glasses). We felt cheated big time, and I bet if I had just shown him a 1000 note he would have taken that without making a fuss, well aware that he had cheated tourists by giving them filthy leftovers. Maybe it was because we came on a Sunday, and apparently on Sundays they don't work there but instead camp out and take customers for a ride! SHAME!
Either we were unlucky, or all these nice reviews are fake. We arrived and there was no possibility to choose the courses. However, we trusted the owner who brought us a dish of sheep, one with potatoes and a stuffed pepper and a burek. So far so good, except that the bill was €30 for two people! In the end we paid less, but still felt cheated.
