Currently in the process of being significantly disappointed by this location of St. Louis Bar & Grill. Ordered the Honey Cajun Chicken Sandwich and it was delicious! Sadly, that's where the joy ends. On arrival, I ordered a beer. Our server brought me the Lite version. Anyone working in any service capacity should know that if you don't have what was ordered, you ask the customer before substituing. Even better, having a vague idea of what you stock would be even better. I asked and was advised "that's all they had" in that brand. Later, the trivia game host started playing with the sound system and cranked it to painfully loud volume until other patrons complained. This used to be a serious restaurant with good food AND good service AND good ambiance. Well, 1 out of 3 leaves room for growth. I hope they recover but I will not be back to check. Service: Dine in
