Essen war super. Ambiente ist ein wenig alt. Wie viele Jugoslawischen Restaurants ist alles in dunkles Holz gehalten. Service war zuvorkommend. "One Croatian is like another but always tastes the same!!!" NO not at all! We ate at Spalato today and it was really tasty. After many years at the same Croatian restaurant, I wanted to eat Croatian somewhere else and were very satisfied. The dining room is small and cozy, the service is friendly and the food is really delicious! The plates are too small for me (not the portion!!) because it's hard to get to the fries because the meat is on them, but that doesn't change the good taste of the meat. Only the taste of the onion soup was not what I expect from an onion soup, it lacked the strong taste of the broth and the cheese was also tasteless. Instead there was a Slivovitz at room temperature that tasted good. I can say with a clear conscience that it was a very successful evening with good food....
