The place is around the center, on a side street. There is a terrace, quite plain. First problem was to get a table near toilet door - nobody wants to eat in the way of people on the wc journey. The table was around 1 meter from the toilet door. The menu is Italian, quite extensive. The prices are on the upper side, it is an expensive place, with few exceptions. We took a Caesar salad and a pizza capriciosa. The pizza was good, tasty, nicely balanced between cheese, dough, sauce and ingredients. The salad was a disappointment. It had no capers and anchovies sauce, just some balsamic vinegar and it had few cherry tomatoes, lots of rucola, black olives, chicken, parmegiano and mushrooms, I don't know this recipe but it was not well balanced either, I poured a lot of oil and vinergar on it. It was 30 lei, very expensive for a plain chicken salad with nothing fancy and not tasty. The service was ok, impersonal and cold but bo problem and the food came quickly. The toilet was a bit chaotic, water not flowing in the men's Restroom, plastic covers missing, toilet paper in a corner. Soul Bistro is an unexpected name for an Italian restaurant - could not find the connection.
