I am writing this review with mixed feelings. Sonny serves one of the best matchas I have ever tried in Copenhagen and have a good variety of tasty baked goods. However, the customer service is underwhelming. More specifically, during my most recent visit one of the workers was quite rude and arrogant in the way she spoke to us and we noticed that she unserved the drinks and sweets of customers who were definitely not finished and had to shout in order to get their purchased goods back at the table. Could have been a bad day for the worker, could have been a coincidence but still, it made an impression on me which might prevent me from coming back unfortunately.
