Last time i visited wasn’t the best. The cheese nachos especially was so poor quality the cheese on the top was a cheddar sauce not a real cheese. The steak was good. Service: Dine in Price per person: E£700–800 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered a fried chicken meal and informed the waiter that I needed it very well done. He said okay. When it came, it wasn’t well done. We spent 10 minutes talking to waiters and managers who tried to convince us that they can’t make it well done. He insisted that it wasn’t possible. So I told him to cancel the order. He asked me “why did you order it if you didn’t want it?” We told him how we were told it would be cooked well done. He went in to ask the chef who said he couldn’t make it well done. Before he wouldn’t let me cancel it, now when I told him to cancel it, he complied. I will never come here again!! A manager should fix the problem, he did zero to fix it!! Horrible manager!! We had chicken creamy soup, took them less than 5 minutes from ordering to get ready and served, and to be honest,one of the best, if not the best, creamy chicken soup I've ever had. 15 minutes later they served the steak and since I'm a casual visiter to Sizzler, the bar was already high however, i can easily say that the steak was way better than anytime i had it at Sizzler . The portions are great, and the prices are adequate, i paid 1500 for 2 soups and 2 300 grams of steak, so i would say it is value for money. One last note, the atmosphere and the location of the restaurant, is the only bad thing there, but nothing can be done about that.
