We are sorry we let you down. We checked into it. You came when all the ‘Swiftie’ tourists came. It was nuts busy. Your food order was being prepared while you waited your 20 minutes. Not bad on a Taylor Swift Saturday morning rush. When you did not get your decaf with the food. You brought it to our attention, and we made it immediately. We called your name out multiple times. You never came to pick up. It is still sitting there. On this Taylor Swift weekend, brunch hour, we and all downtown and near downtown businesses just need a bit more patience from our customers. We are extremely fast for order completion, but errors might happen. Please be kind.

We have read your review and do not agree with how you interpret what you and what was said. For example ‘seeing with big eyes’ meant seeing the whole picture. We are sorry that you were upset with what you saw and heard. There was a missing link in your knowledge and understanding, which is that after having been told to do things multiple times during that day politely during that day, they chose not to follow rules or procedures. Management was frustrated and stepped outside to talk with them privately. It was your choice to follow outside and listen to the conversation.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re so sorry about those straws. We’ll see if we can find better paper straws. In the olden days the paper straw seemed to hold better. Now they are all thin cardboard and don’t seem to hold up well. We’ll work on it
