Snow Palace Restaurant is located at 5403 Crowchild Trail NW #1b in the Crow Square Mall. A Chinese eatery featuring classic Cantonese takeout-style eats & lunch specials. Mainly for lunch and dinner, food was good, service was very good, quick and efficient. It is a family run restaurant and there seems to be a good number of Asian customers which is always a good sign. Prices are average among Chinese restaurants. One drawback iit is located in the basement of the building, and there is no elevator. So it is not convenient for seniors and people using wheelchairs or walkers. There is plenty of free parking outside in the mall parking lot. Service is way way too slow. we went for brunch ordered 5 simple dishes and they all came out 1 at a time 30 to 40 minutes apart from each other. Service: 1
