I took my wife here on valentine's day for a date night. We waited for an hour and half and still didn't get our food. We stopped our server at one point and asked her where our food was and all she said is the kitchen is backed up. There was no apology she didn't come and check up on us or keep us informed or offer anything. In the end I saw the manager walked passed, and said we have had been waiting for over an hour for our food, and to cancel our food as we are leaving. He didn't even apologize or go and check to see if our food was ready.
I know valentine's day is a busy day for them but if they were having problems they could have said something when we were seated.
We were very disappointed with the whole thing.

First time to dine in Smuggler's inn. Impress with the athmosphere and food experience. The steak is really good. Amongst the stakes that we've tried this is so far the best for me. We also had the mini plank which serves for 2 but surprised for the great portion. Tried the pineapple rosemary it's really a great mixed that makes me wanting more. The calamansi pie is also superb. Very unique pie it's a touch of sour and sweet blend that makes me crave for more. Special thank to Marvin our server we are really well taken care of. We had a good valentines dinner in Smuggler's Inn.
