Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de Dimples café car il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. Vous pourrez être surpris par un prix juste dans ce lieu. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une atmosphère douillete. Mais les utilisateurs de Google n'ont pas donné une note élevée à cet endroit.

Experience was just ok. We wanted to try a new place with the kids where they'd be able to play outside. We had to pay R50 per kid so that they could play in the play area while the child minders looked after them. With the exception of one, the child minders were grouped together and talking the entire time we were there. They were not looking after any of the kids. Service was ok. The waitress had a bit of an attitude and kept disappearing. Even when it was time for her to bring us our bill, she was nowhere to be seen. Had to stand at the front by the POS system for almost 10 minutes before she showed up. Even her colleagues didn't know where she was. Food and drinks are bland and overpriced. It wouldn't be my first choice to take the family if you're looking for value for money. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 250–300 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

1) 1 person ordered a chocolate dessert. They got malva pudding instead. 2) the pizza I ordered came with bacon on it (I don't eat pork) 3) Another person also got the wrong pizza. 4) One person at the table got the wrong wrap. 5) One person had a burger with no cheese or onion rings (as stated in the menu) 6) we ordered a few pizzas at 8pm as we were rushed and told the kitchen closes at 9pm. At 9pm the wairess comes to tell us that we won't be getting pizzas because they have run out of cheese. We then we're told to order wraps. After placing our new orders at 9pm, 5min later another waitress arrives with our pizzas. The staff have no idea what they're doing. On the way out staff were eating in the lobby, licking their fingers while asking us who will be paying the bill. Shocking all round!!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200

I highly recommend Dimples café for any occasion. We had our son's 4th Birthday party at Dimples, what a huge success. Natasha and Jabulani were phenomenal from the start. They were highly accommodating, patient, caring, provided fantastic customer service and made sure our guests where catered for accordingly. Their staff team behind the scenes were great too. Their cupcake decorations for our son's party was amazing. Their platters were really delicious and the price we paid for what we got, was 100% worth it. Natasha and Jabulani, thank you for the fantastic success for our son's party! We will be coming more often just to see you guys! Keep up the wonderful work. You make Dimples Cafe Shine, BRIGHT! Kid-friendliness: Fantastic play grounds for kids to play on. Endless fun riding bikes, climbing various jungle gyms, playing football, arts and crafts as well as jumping castle!
