I came to your facility and waited 15 minutes for the worker to even notice me. In the end, I had to ask her myself if there might be a self-service here, to which she replied that she hadn't seen me at all. I honestly didn't know it was possible to walk in and sit there for so long without any of the staff noticing - maybe someone could even take something away without anyone noticing. Not that there were many people at the time, so it's completely unclear to me how this could have happened. This approach seems extremely immature and frivolous. I expected a much more professional attitude towards guests. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Pleasant ambience and very fast, helpful service. We ordered pancakes with various fillings and they were really delicious - soft, with plenty of toppings, fillings and ice cream, which pleasantly surprised us. A very positive experience, and the price is quite justified considering the quantity and quality. For the first time I was maybe I should have ordered a Burger, but I ate a huge Mex wrap that I made hot with habanera spice called a Brutalero with 5 stars and I only regretted it after I ate, my bad, next time I'm going to 4 stars . The service is very friendly and relaxed and I really liked that, the atmosphere is quite good for this type of facility.
