I apologize for the inconvenience caused with our service team on the Sky Terrace. Your experience does not in any way match the attentive and quality service we strive to provide our guests. It is our goal to positively surprise and delight our guests and I am very sorry that we were not able to achieve this in your case. Please be assured that we encourage and support all of our team members in learning German and that when we create our teams' rosters we ensure that the national language is always covered. I am very sorry to read that we disappointed you and that you did not meet our German-speaking employees. Regarding the quality of service and especially wine knowledge, I appreciate your feedback, which led to new wine training for our sommelier with the entire Sky team.
